We strive to provide high-quality automotive parts and accessories. However, due to the nature of aftermarket parts, all sales are considered final. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchased items unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Goods

We take great care in inspecting and packaging all items before shipment. However, if You receive a defective or damaged item, You must notify Us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement for a defective product, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (Order number and receipt)
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and may, at Our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Products without original packaging

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Incorrect Orders

If You receive an incorrect item due to an error on Our part, please contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
